As a customer of Wicked Wood Games, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies to all purchases, with the exception of products that are excluded from return (such as custom products).
Cancellation and Returns Procedure
- Cancellation Notice : You must notify us of your cancellation within 30 days of receiving your order. This can be done easily via email at support@wickedwoodgames.com or via our returns page.
- Returns : After notification of cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product to Wicked Wood Games.
- Condition of the Product : The returned product must be in new condition and complete with all supplied accessories. If reasonably possible, we ask that you return the product in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs : The cost of returning the product is at the customer's own expense. The exact return costs depend on the carrier and the package size.
Refund
Wicked Wood Games will refund the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be made via the payment method used to pay for the original order, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
