Warranty
Our products are manufactured with care and precision. Should there be anything wrong with your order, we have strict guidelines to determine whether the problem is covered by the warranty.
Warranty Conditions
- Reporting period : Report defects within 7 days after delivery via support@wickedwoodgames.com . Attach photos and give a clear description of the problem.
- Coverage : The warranty only covers defects resulting from manufacturing or material errors.
- Compensation : If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
- Warranty period : You are entitled to a warranty period of one month, starting from the delivery date of your product.

- Damage caused by improper use , such as exposure to extreme weather conditions, or failure to follow the operating instructions.
- Modifications or repairs by third parties without our approval.
- Custom Products : Products such as Custom Cornhole Sets that are made specifically to order.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Please keep the original packaging and documents in case they are needed for the warranty claim.
- Please submit a warranty request to support@wickedwoodgames.com within the prescribed two-month period.
Complaints
If something is not to your liking, we would like to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please observe the complaints procedure below.
Complaints Procedure
- Report : Please submit your complaint via support@wickedwoodgames.com , with a detailed description and possibly photos of the problem.
- Response : You will receive a response from us within 1 working day .
- Solution : If possible, we will resolve the complaint immediately. If more time is needed, we will give you a time indication.
Mediation in Complaints If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you can contact the Stichting WebwinkelKeur via their website . You can also report your complaint to the ODR platform of the European Commission: http ://ec .europa .eu /odr .
Return Policy
In order to handle our returns as efficiently as possible, we have specific return conditions.
1. Reflection period
You have the right to return your order or part thereof within 30 days after delivery without giving any reason. Returns must first be registered via our returns page. After registration you will receive further instructions.
2. Exceptions to Returns
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom Products : Products that are made especially for you, such as Custom Cornhole Sets.
- Business orders : Products purchased for business purposes are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal.
3. Conditions for Returns
- Product in new condition : The product must be unused and undamaged.
- Notification within 30 days : Returns must be registered within the statutory reflection period of 30 days and sent according to the instructions.
- Complete and in original packaging : Returns must be sent complete and in the original packaging.
Damage upon receipt
If a product arrived damaged, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Take detailed photos of:
- The outside of the box.
- The box with the shipping label.
- The product in the box.
- The places where the game is damaged.
- The opened box from above.
- The product in full view.
Please note: If photos are missing, we will unfortunately not be able to process the claim. Please ensure that all required photos are provided and that the return label is clearly visible with the text legible.
Step 2. Please include a written description of the damage and send it along with photos to support@wickedwoodgames.com within 7 days of receipt
We will contact you to discuss the next steps. Depending on the damage, we will send a replacement part or a brand new one.
Return Costs
The costs for returning products are at the customer's own expense, unless otherwise stated. The costs vary depending on the carrier and the package size.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. The amount will be refunded within a few working days to the account with which the original order was paid. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the entire order is returned.
