At Wicked Wood Games we are not only passionate about building the best cornhole boards, but also about supporting talent and promoting the sport in Europe. As the largest sponsor of cornhole in Europe we have a mission: to see the Netherlands represented at the highest level of the ACL Europe Pro Tour again. That is why we proudly present the Wicked Wood Dutch Development Team !
This team was created with one clear goal: to help one of our Dutch players achieve a coveted ACL Europe Pro status. With talented and determined players, all dedicated to their sport, we are confident that the Netherlands will soon be able to compete at the absolute top of Europe. Meet the players who are part of this ambitious project:
Robert Wendler – The Ambitious Attacker
Robert, originally from Limburg, is currently ranked 122nd in the European rankings. With his determination and iron discipline, he has set his sights on a place in the top 25. Robert is a player who should never be underestimated – he has the drive and the talent to go far.
Karel Sleegers – The OG of the Netherlands
Karel, from Deurne, is a true legend in the Dutch cornhole scene. With his current #52 position in the ranking, he remains one of the most consistent and influential players in the country. Karel is a go-getter and an inspiration, who despite his long career is still hungry for success. 
Fleur van de Berkmortel – The Rising Star
Fleur has made huge progress this year and is now ranked 152nd in Europe. Her goal is clear: she wants to become one of the top female players in Europe. With her focus and talent, Fleur is proving herself to be a force to be reckoned with. 
Henk Verhoeven – The Great Outsider
Henk is a player with experience and potential. He has been around in the Dutch cornhole scene for a long time and has the talent to compete with the European elite. His calm and strategic playing style makes him a valuable player for the team.
Thomas Hofstee – The Newcomer with Potential
At 56th in the rankings, Thomas is already close to the top despite his relatively short career. His rapid rise in the sport shows his enormous talent and potential. Thomas is a name to watch – he has everything it takes to secure an ACL Europe Pro spot.
