Wicked Wood Games cares a great deal about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle carefully the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. Webshop software:
Shopify
Our webshop has been developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Under the agreement we have concluded with them, Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information relating to your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve its services. Shopify observes the applicable statutory retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, your data may be processed in the United States.
Web hosting:
BlueHost
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from BlueHost. BlueHost processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. BlueHost has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Under the agreement, BlueHost is obliged to maintain confidentiality.
E-mail and mailing lists:

We use the services of BlueHost for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. BlueHost has no access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic as confidential.

Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We collect reviews via the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review we share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you give us. Retention periods
We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to make use of our services. If you indicate this to us we will also interpret this as a request to be forgotten. Under applicable administrative obligations we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data, and we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, staff members no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have created in connection with your assignment.

You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data has been adjusted.

You always have the right to restrict the data that we (have) process(ed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to data portability
You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process(ed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you carried out by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send you copies or transcripts to the e-mail address known to us of all the data about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood we will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
In certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Wicked Wood Games. If you object we will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is well-founded we will make copies and/or transcripts of data that we (have) process(ed) available to you and then permanently stop the processing. You also have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies.
