Wicked Wood Games cares a great deal about your privacy. Webshop software:

Shopify
Our webshop has been developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Under the agreement we have concluded with them, Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. BlueHost
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from BlueHost. BlueHost processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. BlueHost has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Under the agreement, BlueHost is obliged to maintain confidentiality.

We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to make use of our services. However, staff members no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have created in connection with your assignment.

You always have the right to restrict the data that we (have) process(ed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to data portability
You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process(ed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to you carried out by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send you copies or transcripts to the e-mail address known to us of all the data about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood we will no longer be able to continue providing services in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rights
In certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Wicked Wood Games. If you object we will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is well-founded we will make copies and/or transcripts of data that we (have) process(ed) available to you and then permanently stop the processing.
