When returning products, some conditions apply. These are also included in our General Terms and Conditions , but below you will find an overview of the most important points.
1. Reflection period
You have the right to return the order or part of it up to 30 days after delivery of your order. To do this, you must first register the return via our returns page . After registration, you will receive a confirmation with instructions for returning the products.
2. Exceptions to returns
Not all products are eligible for return. The following exceptions apply:

Custom Products : Products that are custom made especially for you cannot be returned. This includes for example:

Business orders : These are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
3. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in new condition , without any signs of use or assembly.
- The product must first be registered as a return via our returns page and returned within the reflection period of 30 days after delivery.
- Injury
At Wicked Wood Games we strive for your complete satisfaction, even if your order arrives damaged. If you have received a damaged product, you can do the following
Step 1. Take detailed photos of:
- The outside of the box.
- The box with the shipping label.
- The product in the box.
- The places where the game is damaged.
- The opened box from above.
- The product in full view.
Please note: If photos are missing, we will unfortunately not be able to process the claim. Please ensure that all required photos are provided and that the return label is clearly visible with the text legible.
Step 2. Please include a written description of the damage and send it along with photos to support@wickedwoodgames.com within 7 days of receipt
We will contact you to discuss the next steps. Depending on the damage, we will send a replacement part or a brand new one.
5. Costs of return
The costs for returning the products are always at your own expense, unless otherwise indicated. These costs depend on the carrier and the size of the package.
6 . Refund
When we receive the returned products, we will check the condition of the products. We will then send you a confirmation of receipt. The amount due will be refunded to the account with which the original order was paid within a few working days .
