These conditions apply if you buy or have bought something from us. We do our best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. It says what we do for you and what we expect from you.

The offer

We always tell you honestly what, when and how you can buy something. And of course what it costs and whether you can exchange it. If something is incorrect on the page, please let us know immediately!

The Agreement

If you order something from us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We will then keep you informed until your package arrives. We add all the information and data you need to your order, but most of it can also be found on our website.


At Wicked Wood Games it is of course possible to exchange or return your order. You can register a return with us up to 30 days after receipt. After registration you have another 14 days to return the product. For a return shipment, always contact us at and we will handle the return request as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal / reflection period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to Wicked Wood Games are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately € 6.00 per package. To be sure, request this price from our customer service, we will create a label for you.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Shipping cost

  1. Shipping in the Netherlands is free for orders over €150.For orders under € 150 we charge € 4.95 shipping costs
  2. For Belgium and Germany, shipping is free for orders above €175, for orders below €175 we charge €6.00 ​​shipping costs
  3. For France, shipping is free for orders over €175, for orders under €175 we charge €7.00 shipping costs
  4. For other EU countries we charge € 8.00 shipping costs Exceptions excluded

What you can't return

Unfortunately, you cannot return some products:
Cornhole sets with customized prints unfortunately cannot be returned. The same applies to customized bags.

The price

  1. We are always honest about this, so that there are no surprises.
  2. All prices include VAT.
  3. Shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is always free for orders above €20, under €20 the shipping costs are €4.95
  4. Shipping to other countries within the European Union is free for orders above €100, under €100 the shipping costs are €7.95

Delivery and fulfillment

  1. We do everything we can to deliver your package as quickly as possible.
  2. If you order before 12:00 in the afternoon, you will in most cases receive your purchase the next day. Unless we have agreed otherwise. Does it unexpectedly take longer than we promised? Then we will let you know as soon as possible. If you no longer want it in that case, you will receive the payment as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days.
  3. If your order is damaged or lost before it reaches you, we will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible that will always work out to the customer's advantage. We will therefore solve it for you as soon as possible.


  • The carrier depends on the crowds and rates at any given time. But in general you can take into account the following carriers:
  • Standard 90x60 & 120x60 sets: DPD
  • Cornhole Bags: PostNL or DHL
  • Starting Kits: PostNL or DHL
  • Custom Sets: PostNL


    1. Do you have a complaint? We find this very annoying and want to solve it for you as soon as possible.
    2. Let us know quickly if you have a complaint ( and describe your problem as clearly as possible. Then we can help you best.
    3. You will receive an answer from us within 1 working day at the latest. We'll help you right away, or you'll hear how much time we need to put things right.
    4. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
